Pose Refs: Fight Scene 1 by AwsumZ Pose Refs: Fight Scene 1 by AwsumZ
Pose refs pack : Fight Scene 1

Rules:
:bulletgreen: credit me in your deviation description and link back here/to my userpage, eg: pose from =AwsumZ (so others can find them too!)
:bulletgreen: leave a link here in a comment to what you've made (coz I wanna see it :la:)

There's only 2 of them, so please follow :B commercial use/commission usage is fine, you don't need to ask or anything

Enjoy :aww: hope they help in some way. If you wanna turn them into male characters instead of female... go ahead. That's fine with me.

Download for the zipped folder containing the PSD files (sketch on one layer, white BG on another) and the JPG flat sketches.

There are a few tweaks to be made, right now their stance and attacks are pretty weak. I will refer to them in number order, left to right.

1.) The back foot should be facing slightly forward, as it looks like she is going for a tornado kick. If not, keep her foot slightly forward and back less curved for a front kick. With the kick, keep her kicking legs toe downward or she ricks breaking her leg on impact. Hit with the top of your foot or heel, not ball or toes.

2.) That is an EXTREMLY weak stance. One push and she is down. Have the legs spread wider, her knees bent more for even more balance and strength. Her arms should be slightly farther from her body as well.

3.) Feet fully on the floor and butt back. Keep her back straight, as that is where the power comes from. She will have a simalar stance to the corrected #2, if not slightly wider.

4.) No idea what she is doig, so I'm no help there.

Overall, good work, just missing some less wildly known fighting tips.

lol thanks. This was the first (and last) time I've drawn fighting stances, and with them being 3 years old now I find them all kinda crap, but they help people so I leave them up  I know nothing at all about fighting, so if I ever come to draw a fighting stance again, I'll refer back to this comment =P thanks for the tips! Oh, and #4 is meant to be watching from a hiding place, waiting for her moment lol
